Tea Variant
Variations of tea are differentiated by tealeaves processing. The differences in this processing will affect the tea taste. In tea processing, fermentation is also involved. In the organic tea case, tealeaves fermentation is also carried out in natural way. The resulting tea is called black tea. By natural processing and fermentation, tea will show the best original flavor and properties.
Black tea, white tea and green tea, is different because of tea processing. Black tea is a regular tea plucked in time and processed using fermentation systems. Black tea is the most commonly known tea and circulated on the market. Black tea is a tea form that we have generally known. The process has been carried out every time.
Tea fermentation is an oxidation that performed in a controlled situation, temperature and humidity. Tea that produced from this process contains more caffeine than other teas. Tea that is not process like this will be called green tea. Although it is made from the same tealeaves, the resulting flavor will be much different. Other types of tea that can be produced in line with black and green tea production is white tea. White tea has milder color and flavor than others, however, this tea healthier.
